If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. VidTool AI is an independent platform that aggregates leading AI models for video generation, image generation, and audio creation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the underlying AI model providers.

2. Description of Service

VidTool AI provides a unified web-based platform for generating AI-powered content, including videos, images, and audio. The platform integrates multiple AI engines such as Seedance, Runway Gen-3, Google Veo, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others. The Service operates on a credit-based system — each generation task consumes a certain number of credits based on the model used, output quality, and content type.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account via Google OAuth or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Conduct and Content Rules

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or abusive.
• Sexually explicit, non-consensual intimate imagery, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Hate speech, harassing, or promoting violence against any group or individual.
• Infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to spread misinformation (e.g., deepfakes intended to mislead).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content rules without prior notice or refund. We may also report violations to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted full commercial rights to the content (videos, images, and audio) you generate using our paid plans. You may use the generated content for commercial projects, marketing, and products. However, because AI-generated content is created via algorithms, you acknowledge that intellectual property laws regarding AI-generated works may vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to claim exclusive copyright ownership over the generated content. Free-tier generated content may have additional usage restrictions.

6. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

VidTool AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you generate content, with costs varying by AI model, output quality, and content type. Key payment terms include:

• All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Creem).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Unused credits from your current billing period will roll over and remain available in the next billing cycle, as long as your subscription remains active.
• Due to the high computational costs associated with AI content generation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription months, unused credits, or accidental purchases once the generation process has been initiated.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

VidTool AI relies on external AI providers to power its generation capabilities. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your prompts, reference files, and scripts are transmitted to these providers for processing. Each provider has their own terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the behavior, output quality, or availability of third-party AI models. Service availability of specific models may change without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI generation is inherently unpredictable. We do not warrant that the generated content will meet your exact expectations, be free of artifacts or errors, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated output.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VidTool AI or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, the content generated by the Service, or any inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
